Steps:
- 1. Drain crab and set aside.
- 2. Cook broccoli until almost tender and arrange in the bottom of greased 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with grated cheese.
- 3. Melt 1/4 cup of butter and saute the onion; add flour, curry powder and salt.
- 4. Gradually stir in milk; cook until thickened, then stir in lemon juice and add crab.
- 5. Pour over broccoli and cheese in casserole.
- 6. Mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.
- 7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- 8. NOTE: This is a good dish to use imitation crabmeat, if you would prefer. Also does nicely in individual casseroles.
