Crab Pea Salad image

Can't remember where this recipe came from but this is a nice side dish or you can serve it on crackers, which is what I normally do.

Number Of Ingredients 5

10 oz pkg frozen sweet green peas
8 oz canned "real" crabmeat, flaked
6 (or 8) strips of bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 tsp onion powder

Steps:

  • 1. In bowl, combine peas, crabmeat & bacon.
  • 2. In another bowl, combine mayo & onion powder, mixing well.
  • 3. Now combine both mixtures together. Cover & refrigerate until serving.
