Steps:
- Cut hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
- In a separate bowl mix yolks, mustard, Miracle Whip and celery salt into a fine paste.
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Chill at least 2 hours.
