Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
20 slices white bread, crusts cut off
2 - 7 oz. cans crab meat
sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Melt cheese and 1/2 lb. butter in double boiler or microwave. Stir to incorporate. Add crab. As mixture cools and you continue to stir with crab cheese and butter will blend. Flatten bread slices with rolling pin. Spread cheese and crab mixture on bread. Roll up jelly-roll fashion and cut into thirds. Secure closure with toothpick. Melt remaining 1/2 lb. butter. Dip each piece in melted butter and roll in sesame seeds. Can freeze at this point. Broil until browned and serve warm.
