"I adapted the recipe for this tasty turkey sandwich from a deli where I worked," recalls Tanya Smeins of Kalamazoo, Michigan. "To make it easier to eat, we often dip each bite into the cranberry mixture instead of spreading it inside."

I'm going to try this recipe again, but I'm going to make a few changes. I'm going to reduce the amount of sugar in the glaze, and I'm going to add more liquid to the dough.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my bagels didn't turn out as good as I expected. They were a bit dry and crumbly.

These bagels were a bit too dense for my taste. I think I would add more liquid to the dough next time.

I had some trouble getting the bagels to rise properly. I think I might have over-kneaded the dough.
