Cranberry Chicken image

This recipe is so easy to make and it taste wonderful. Be sure to get the whole cranberries to use. You can also serve this along with egg noodles. The recipe calls for 35 minutes all together but just make sure chicken has cooked throughly with the larger breast when you bake this. You may have to bake about 5 minutes...

1 c bottled ( french salad dressing such as roasted red peppers with parmesan or catalina
1/2 pkg dried onion soup mix
1 can(s) whole berry cranberry sauce
8 boneless chicken breast (or 1 chicken breast for each guest)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. Mix dressing, soup mix and cranberry sauce in large covered bowl. Put chicken in casserole dish and pour mixture over chicken
  • 3. Bake for 20 minutes covered. Remove cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Do not overcook.
  • 4. Serve chicken over rice and drizzle sauce on top of chicken.
