Cranberry-Jalapeno Martini image

I describe this cocktail as slightly tart, a little sassy and completely delicious. I make a big batch when I'm hosting a party because it tends to disappear quickly. Garnish with fresh mint and cranberries for an extra-special touch. -Kelli Haetinger, Virginia Beach, Virginia

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this martini was to make. I didn't have any cranberry juice on hand, so I used pomegranate juice instead. It worked out great!

This martini is a delightful blend of sweet and spicy flavors. The cranberries add a tartness that perfectly complements the heat of the jalapeños. I garnished mine with a lime wedge and a sprig of rosemary, which added a beautiful touch.
