Cranberry-Walnut Belgian Waffles image

Belgian waffles have larger squares and deeper pockets than American waffles. I make mine with nutrition boosters like whole wheat, flaxseed, cranberries and toasted walnuts. -Laura McDowell, Portland, Maine

These waffles were a disaster! They were so dry and crumbly that they fell apart when I tried to eat them.

I thought these waffles were just okay. They were a little too dense for my taste and the cranberries were a bit tart.
