This recipe was a disaster. The bisque was bland and the crawfish balls were overcooked. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

The crawfish balls were a bit too dry for my taste, but the bisque itself was very good. I would recommend using more butter or oil when making the crawfish balls.
