CRAZY CRUST PIZZA
We just love this unique way to prepare a pizza crust! Easy, fast and fun.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet, brown meat until fully cooked. While meat is cooking, combine remaining crust ingredients. It should be the consistency of pancake batter.
- 2. Spray a 9 X 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan, and top with browned meat. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
- 3. Remove from oven and spread with pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni, mushroom, and olives (or your family's favorite toppings). Sprinkle with cheese, and return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
