Steps:
- Using mixer cream butter and sugar. add cream cheese and cream. add eggs and mix. add remaining ingredients and blend well. using teaspoon or small cookie scoop, portion out cookie dough into rounds on cookie sheet. Dip end of spoon or use finger to make indentation in each cookie and fill with choice of jelly. If you want to top with nuts, chocolate chips, or sprinkles, do not make indentation. bake 375 for 12-15 minutes.
