Cream Cheese Frosting III image

I use this frosting for my low-fat carrot cake.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 (3 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese
2 cups low fat margarine
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Add vanilla. Add sugar 1/4 cup at a time until all is added. Beat until smooth.
