As I was about to make pancakes for our Sunday breakfast, My daughter asked me to make Cream of Wheat Pancakes this time. She had eaten them at a restaurant once and enjoyed them. I found a recipe at Allrecipes. com and they turned out well. I hope you will enjoy them.

Steps:
- 1. Mix together flour, cream of wheat,sugar, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl. Whisk together the milk, sour cream,vegetable oil, egg and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- 2. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, carefully. Heat a large skillet that has been sprayed with cooking oil over medium heat.
- 3. Make pancakes the size of your choice and cook them until lightly browned, flipping once. Enjoy !
