If you add a cherry on top and a straw, they look like mini milkshakes...but for these you'll need a spoon! I entered these cuties in the 2011 Texas Rice Festival cooking...

- 2. Using a spatula, gently fold in remaining ingredients.
- 3. Garnish with cherries or as desired. Chill for at least an hour or until serving time (it will thicken as it chills).
