CREAMY CHORIZO DIP
Give me a bowl of chips and some warm dip and a good game!!! This dip is a staple at our house for that big game!! Hot and spicy so have your beer ready to wash it down!

Steps:
- 1. Cook chorizo in skillet until no longer pink (if you haven't worked with chorizo, be sure to remove the casing..I basically squeeze it into the pan out of the package. it will cook the same way ground meat cooks). Drain
- 2. place chorizo, and all ingredients back into the skillet and continuously stir until cheese is all melted and everything is mixed together.
- 3. Serve warm with tortilla chips!
