I'm not a huge fan of coleslaw, but this recipe changed my mind! It's so creamy and flavorful, and I love the addition of the apples.

This coleslaw is a great make-ahead dish. I usually make it the night before a party or picnic, so it has time to chill and the flavors to meld.

I love that this recipe uses Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. It makes the coleslaw so much healthier, but it's still just as creamy and delicious.
