Steps:
- For Grits: In a saucepan, pour in heavy cream, milk and butter and bring to slight boil, then reduce and simmer. Add the grits and stir for 5 minutes. Add in minced garlic and cheeses. Lightly season with salt. For Shrimp: In a large skillet over medium heat, add bacon and onions. Cook until brown and lightly crisp. Add butter, chicken stock and shrimp and simmer for 2-3 minutes until shrimp is cooked and remove from stove. Scoop grits into bowls and spoon shrimp mixture onto the center and garnish with parsley.
