This casserole is a great comfort food. It's warm and creamy and cheesy and it always makes me feel better when I'm feeling down. I usually serve it with a side of roasted potatoes or rice.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover spinach. I usually have a bunch of spinach left over after I make a salad and this is a great way to use it up. I also love that this casserole can be made ahead of time and reheated when you're ready

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning. I added some salt, pepper, and garlic powder and it was much better. I would also recommend using a sharp cheddar cheese instead of a mild cheddar cheese.

I made this casserole exactly as the recipe said and it turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a little more garlic. I love garlic and I think it would have added a nice flavor to the dish.

This casserole was a bit too rich for my taste. The sauce was very heavy and the cheese was overpowering. I think I would have liked it better if it had been made with a lighter sauce and less cheese.
