I'm not a big fan of beer, but I still enjoyed these brats. The flavor of the beer is subtle and it doesn't overpower the other ingredients.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to add a little bit of brown sugar to the sauce. It gives it a nice caramelized flavor.

I've also made these brats in the oven and they turn out just as well. It's a great option if you don't have a crock pot.

These brats are a great way to use up leftover beer. I always have a few cans in the fridge that I don't know what to do with.

I wasn't sure how the brats would turn out in the crock pot, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were juicy and flavorful.

I love the convenience of being able to throw everything in the crock pot and walk away. Plus, the house smells amazing while they're cooking.
