CROCK POT CREAM CHEESE POTATOES
My family loves this recipe. It is very easy and taste great.

Steps:
- 1. Spray the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- 3. Layer 1/4 of potatoes in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with 1/4 of seasonings. Layer with 1/3 cream cheese and bacon. Continue the layering process ending with a layer of potatoes then sprinkle seasonings.
- 4. Add milk.
- 5. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. In the last hour of cooking stir potatoes to distribute cream cheese and bacon
