Crock Pot Curried Fruit Bake image

this is great cooked in the crock pot its good for you and very tatsy

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg (16 oz pitted) prunes
1 pkg (11 oz) dried apricots
2 can(s) (13-1/2 oz each) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can(s) (1lb-1/3 oz) peaches, sliced
1 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp curry powder or 1 teaspoon
14 oz ginger ale

Steps:

  • 1. combine all ingredients in removable liner. place in base. cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
