This is a simple and fantastic recipe I got from sherr1 on the IBS message boards at www.helpforibs.com. If you're looking for something with a zing, this isn't it. It has a subtle but deliciously fruity flavor. The sauce is wonderful over white rice!

I'm not a big fan of Hawaiian food, but this dish was surprisingly good. The chicken was moist and the sauce was flavorful. I would definitely make it again.
