2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup, low sodium
1 (2/3 ounce) packet zesty italian dressing seasoning
16 ounces rotini pasta
1 cup milk

Steps:

  • Combine soup, cream cheese, milk and seasoning in crock pot.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and add to crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain and add to crock pot mixture.
  • Top with grated parmesan if desired. (it's always desired in my house).
