Crock Pot Pepperoncini Beef image

A good fresh hoagie roll and some provolone cheese make this the best sandwich ever!

3-31/2 lb beef rump roast
1 pkg good seasons italian salad dressing mix
1-16 oz. jar(s) pepperoncini peppers, juice included
1 can(s) beef broth

Steps:

  • 1. Place roast in crock pot. Mix salad dressing packet, peppers and beef broth. Pour over roast
  • 2. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred and serve on buns.
