I love cooking with the crock pot. This recipe is excellent and so easy. I serve it with stewed or mashed potatoes on the side.

Steps:
- 1. Mix together tomatoes, garlic, beef gravy, diced carrot, worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and thyme, set aside.
- 2. Season each side of steak with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge steaks in flour and brown on both sides in hot oil.
- 3. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
