Crunchy Onion Potato Bake image

2 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c water
1/4 c butter
1 box (7.2 oz) betty crocker home-style creamy butter or roasted garlic potatoes
1 can(s) green giant whole kernel corn, drained
1 c shredded cheddar cheese 4oz
1 can(s) french fried onions

Steps:

  • 1. Spoon half of potato mixture into dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 each of the cheese and onions. Top with remaining potatoes, sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
  • 2. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions are golden.
  • 3. High altitude (3500-6500 ft):Bake 15 to 20 minutes

This dish is a bit too heavy for my taste. I would recommend using less butter and cheese.
