Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add in all dry ingredients to thoroughly mix. Then add bacon and any other veggies you want to add.
- Wipe pie dish with olive oil.
- Pour mixture into pie dish.
- Layer sliced zucchini on top.
- Bake 45 minutes.
