CRUSTLESS ZUCCHINI QUICHE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 cups finely shredded zucchini (2)
4 eggs, lightly beatern
1 cup Bisquik
1/2 cup grated paremesan
2 oz. shredded gruyere
1/4 cup cooking oil
4 scallions, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
2 tbsp snipped fresh dill, or 1/2 tsp dried

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into 9" pie dish. Bake uncovered 40-45 mins. Let stand 10 mins.
