Steps:
- 1. Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium low heat.
- 2. Add the chopped shallots and curry. Stir often until the shallots are soft. Around 4 minutes.
- 3. Remove from heat and mix with the ketchup.
- 4. Transfer to a bowl and serve with your fries.
- 5. Enjoy
