I thought this recipe was a bit too complicated. There were too many ingredients and steps involved. I think I would prefer a simpler recipe next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my dish didn't turn out well. The curry sauce was too watery, and the monkfish was overcooked. I think I might have added too much liquid to the sauce, and I probably should have cooked the fish for a shorter amount

I made a few changes to the recipe, but the dish still turned out great. I used tilapia instead of monkfish, and I added some vegetables to the curry sauce. I also used a different type of curry paste, which made the sauce a little spicier. Overall,

I thought this dish was just okay. The curry sauce was a bit bland, and the monkfish was a little dry. I think I would prefer a different recipe next time.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The monkfish was cooked perfectly, and the curry sauce was very flavorful. I would recommend using less chili powder next time.
