Curry-Apple Turkey Loaf image

A nice variation on turkey meatloaf. Don't remember where I got the recipe but know it's a crowd pleaser for anyone who likes curry flavor. We like a hot curry blend, but others may want to start with something less spicy and work up.

I was hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of curry, but I'm so glad I did! The curry flavor is very mild and it complements the turkey and apples perfectly. This is now one of my favorite meatloaf recipes.
