After a couple of tries at doctoring the recipe, these biscuits came out so light and fluffy, I think of them as cloud puffs. A plate of these can be served hot or cold for breakfast, tea, luncheons, dinners or snack time.

The recipe was easy to follow, but the biscuits didn't turn out as flaky as I had hoped.

I've tried many cut-out biscuit recipes before, but this one is by far the best. The dough is so easy to work with and the biscuits bake up perfectly.
