Add meat, tomato sauce, water, beer, chili powder, bouillon, cumin, paprika, oregano, sugar, cocoa, coriander and hot sauce. Bring to boil and simmer 2 hours Mix cornmeal and flour with 1 tsp. warm water Add to chili, simmer for 20 mins.
