This is just something I came up with one day. It isn't anything hard but it does add a little something to a simple wedge salad.

I followed the recipe exactly and the vinaigrette turned out way too tangy for my liking. I had to add some honey to balance out the flavors.

Not bad, but not great either. I found the vinaigrette to be a bit too oily for my taste.

Finally found a vinaigrette recipe that I love! It's not too oily or too vinegary. It's just right. I'll definitely be making this again.

This vinaigrette is so simple, yet so flavorful. I love the combination of red wine vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard. It's the perfect dressing for a fresh salad.
