Del Monte's Texas Chili image

I know this isnt really a traditional Texas chili, but that's what the original recipe from Del Monte is called and so I am keeping it's name intact. I usually use a roll of Bob Evans Original sausage in place of the pork for more flavor. Really easy and quick to make.

This chili is a great way to use up leftover beef. It's also a great make-ahead meal. I like to make a big batch on the weekend and then freeze it for later.

I'm not a big fan of chili, but this recipe changed my mind. It's the perfect balance of spices and the beef is fall-apart tender.
