Delicious Turkey Breast image

My whole family loves this turkey! My son actually made it for his class Thanksgiving Feast last year & the kids couldn't get enough of it. I have also had my neighbors try it & then ask for the recipe. It was something I had found in an old cook book at the library.

I'm not a big fan of turkey, but this recipe changed my mind. The turkey breast was so moist and flavorful, and the skin was crispy and delicious.

The turkey breast was a little bland for my taste. I think I'll add more spices next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my turkey breast came out overcooked. I think I should have cooked it for less time.
