Steps:
- Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Butter shallow baking dish; arrange slices of onion in a single layer and place fish on top. Squeeze juice on fillets; spread a thin layer of Dijon on fish, sprinkle with Parmesan, dill and paprika. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
