Excellent dipping sauce for tempura-battered vegetables and meats. This lasts for 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.

1/2 c light soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp mirin
3 Tbsp tamari sauce
1 Tbsp pickled ginger, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  • 2. Pour mixture into a glass container - refrigerate.
