These biscotti are a great way to use up leftover cranberries. I always have a bag of cranberries in my freezer, so I can make these biscotti anytime I want.

I've tried other double chocolate cranberry biscotti recipes before, but this one is by far the best. The biscotti are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the chocolate and cranberry flavors are perfectly balanced.

I wasn't sure how the cranberries would taste in these biscotti, but I was pleasantly surprised. They add a nice tartness that balances out the sweetness of the chocolate.
