Dried Apricot Chutney image

Similar to using fresh fruit, but this time with dried. I have substituted other dried fruits such as peach, pear and apple with success.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my chutney turned out way too runny. I think I might have added too much vinegar.

This chutney is a bit too spicy for my taste, but it's still good. I think I'll try using less chili pepper next time.

I'm not a big fan of dried apricots, but this chutney is surprisingly good. The sweetness of the apricots is balanced out by the tanginess of the vinegar and spices.

This chutney is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still good. I think I'll try adding some chopped jalapeƱos next time.
