Steps:
- Beat vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper in small bowl with wire whisk until blended. Gradually beat in oil until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
- Just before serving, place lettuce in large bowl. Pour dressing over lettuce; toss. Divide lettuce among serving plates. Sprinkle with cherries, cheese and walnuts.
