A special breakfast treat at our house. We like them with powdered sugar, jelly or syrup.

1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
9 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly grease four 9 inch cake pans.
  • In a large bowl, beat together cream, flour, salt and eggs. Pour into prepared pans.
  • Bake in preheated oven until puffed and golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.

I followed the recipe exactly and it didn't turn out well. The batter was too thick and the Dutch baby was undercooked.
