Easter Ham image

This is our favorite ham! Would never make it any other way!

Number Of Ingredients 4

12 lb whole ham
4 c brown sugar, lightly packed
1 c yellow mustard
2 Tbsp mustard seeds

Steps:

  • 1. Make a paste with mustard, brown sugar and mustard seeds.
  • 2. 'frost' ham on all sides.
  • 3. wrap in heavy duty foil.
  • 4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 4 1/2 hours.
