Steps:
- 1. Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry; trim and crimp edges. Set aside.
- 2. In a small skillet, saute green onions in butter until tender.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, cream and apple juice together. Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon, salt, pepper and green onions. Pour into pastry; sprinkle with the cheese.
- 4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
