Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 425°
- 2. Mix flour, salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl.
- 3. Dip chicken drumsticks into the butter; roll in flour mixture to coat.
- 4. Arrange in an ungreased square pan (8x8x2)
- 5. Baked uncovered until done, about 50 minutes.
