Time 30m

Yield 24 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 tablespoons oil
16 ounces coleslaw mix
4 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
1 tablespoon white wine
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
8 1/2 ounces baby shrimp
1 tablespoon cornstarch
20 egg roll wraps

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add coleslaw, green onions, bean sprouts, wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and shrimp. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until cabbage is wilted. Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoons cold water and add. Stir for about 1 minute, until sauce is thickened.
  • Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place 1/4 cup of the mixture on the middle of an eggroll wrapper, turned like a diamond.
  • Fold the bottom corner up, over the filling. Fold in the two sides, then roll upwards. Put a dab of water on the corner to help it stick. Place on the pan seam down.
  • Repeat until you run out of the mixture, about 20 rolls. Eggrolls can be close, but not touching. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with sweet & sour sauce or spicy mustard.

I've never made egg rolls before, but this recipe made it so easy. I'm definitely going to be making these again.

These egg rolls are a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I always have a bag of frozen peas and carrots in my freezer, so I can make these egg rolls anytime.

I'm not a fan of cabbage, so I substituted shredded carrots instead. The egg rolls were still delicious.

I love that this recipe uses wonton wrappers instead of egg roll wrappers. It makes the egg rolls so much easier to fold.

The egg rolls were a bit greasy for my taste, but overall they were still good.

I was so excited to try this recipe, but I was disappointed with the results. The egg rolls were bland and the wrapper was tough.

These egg rolls were delicious! The filling was savory and the wrapper was crispy. I will definitely be making these again.

I've made these egg rolls several times now and they always turn out perfect. They're crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside.

These egg rolls were a huge hit with my family! They were so easy to make and tasted just like the ones from our favorite Chinese restaurant.
