EASY BANANA BREAD
This banana bread is so easy you can't go wrong with it. It's great for bake sales gifts etc. And can be made in a moment.

Steps:
- 1. Combine all ingredients except for chips and beat for 2 minutes with beater.
- 2. Fold in half a bag of white chips.
- 3. Butter 2 pans and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
- 4. NOTE: I have used peanutbutter chips instead of vanilla and have used coconut extract instead of vanilla and it turns out just as good and still one of the easiest recipes I use.
