Easy Cheesy Alfredo Garlic Bread image

1 loaf pillsbury Italian bread
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup alfredo sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
mozzarella cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • Cut a deep slit lengthwise down center of loaf gently spreading sides apart to create a "crevice".
  • Sprinkle garlic salt over bread.
  • Combine alfredo sauce and garlic
  • Pour alfredo mixture into the "crevice" and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan and italian seasoning.
  • Bake per package instructions.
  • Optional: Sprinkle with mozzarella.
