Easy Cheesy Potatoes image

I've been making this simple potato dish for my family for years, and I've been asked for the recipe many times. My daughter, Katie, loves them so much she always hides secret stashes in the fridge for later.

This dish is a bit too cheesy for my taste. I would probably use less cheese next time.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. I always have mashed potatoes leftover from Thanksgiving, and this is a great way to use them up.

This dish was a disaster! The potatoes were undercooked, and the cheese sauce was grainy. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

I'm not a big fan of cheese, but I thought this dish was pretty good. The potatoes were cooked perfectly, and the cheese sauce was light and fluffy. I would definitely make this dish again, but I would probably use less cheese next time.

This dish was so easy to make, and it turned out great! I used a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheese, which gave the dish a nice gooey texture. I also added some diced tomatoes and bell peppers for extra flavor. My family loved it!

The potatoes were a bit bland. I think I should have used more salt and pepper.
