*Easy Chicken Pot Pie* image

This recipe makes cooking chicken pot pie so easy!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) cream of potato soup
3/4 c milk
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 c frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 can(s) chunk chicken breasts, drained
1 egg
1 c all purpose baking mix

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2. Mix soup, 1/4 cup milk, black pepper, veggies and chicken in 9 inch pie plate or baking dish.
  • 3. Separately, mix remaining milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture.
  • 4. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and topping is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
